Question: What size events can you accommodate?
Answer: It depends on the needs of the group. The Branson Convention Center can accommodate events of 10 to 4,000 attendees. The ideal event would be 140 exhibit booths with, a general session for 800 and meals for 800. Please refer to the capacity charts for additional information.
Question: Who manages the Branson Convention Center?
Answer: Hilton Hotels Corporation manages the Branson Convention Center
Question: Is the Branson Convention Center union?
Answer: No
Question: Do you have preferred vendors and can I bring in my own services?
Answer: Yes, the Branson Convention Center has a preferred decorator, audio visual provider and an internet services provider. Rigging and electrical are the only services at the center that are exclusive. Yes you may bring in your own service providers. This should be coordinated through your Event Services Manager.

250 outdoor, 580 in garage.
Question: What are your parking rates?
Free in the south lot. $8.00 for self parking, and $12.00 for valet. Event parking is $2.00 per hour, $8.00 max.
Question: Are there any hotels near by?
Branson has over 18,000 hotel rooms and over 200 hotels. The Branson Convention and Visitors Bureau can provide a list of the area hotels. Connected to the Branson Convention Center is the 290 room Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel and across the street is the 243 room Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing.
